[18 months later: no sound in left ear, no response from manufacturer or supplier. I hate to try again, but I like the unique design. Also, it hasn't been updated for several years. I don't know what to do.] This is an extremely stylish and high quality product that is well worth the price. The sound quality is amazing - punchy in all frequencies and much more bass than the Jabra Elite 65t. I was concerned about wired headphones but they are quite comfortable. It comes with a well made zip case - the headphones fit under the elastic strap and on the other side is a pocket for my MP3 player. The cable is very strong: it bends to fit into the case and straightens out when taken out. The company's customer service is excellent - I contacted them twice via "Leave Seller Feedback" on the Revain page for my order and got all the help I asked for quickly and enthusiastically. Headphones can be connected to two devices at the same time, e.g. B. a computer and a smartphone. Two things to know about this: (1) The headphones have a feature that emits a beep when you move out of range of a connected device to remind you to leave your smartphone at home - if you have two devices connected and step away from one of them while listening to the other, you will hear screams, so turn off the other device first; (2) To make the earbuds forget what devices they are connected to, press and hold the power button for 4 seconds when turning on. (The instructions say to do this at shutdown, but of course that doesn't make sense.) I haven't tried any app with unusual functionality. Warning: The Bluetooth on the first pair I bought a few months ago was weak. . I replaced the Revain with another pair and they stayed connected to my computer three times the distance of the first - over 30 feet, line of sight, inside the apartment.
