I've only been using them for a few weeks so I can't say how long they will last but they seem to be helping. My rheumatologist recommended wearing compression gloves and seeing if that helps with the occasional swelling and throbbing from overuse of my hands. These gloves definitely helped. I wear them at night and they reduce swelling so my hands don't swell as much in the morning. When used while working on the computer, they seem to prevent the throbbing I was suffering from. If they hold up I would give them 5 stars but it's too early to tell how long they will last. They are way better than the other cheaper pair I bought.
