This unit should not have been sold as 'refurbished'. To me, a refurbished product is a product that has been checked and checked for cosmetic and functional condition. When I took the product out of the box and opened it, I immediately saw and felt a sticky substance, like spray adhesive, all over the top of the palm rest. and key. When I took out the charger and plugged it in I found it was DOA and didn't put any voltage on the plug to the laptop. The third blow was when I tried to load software into the operating system and found that Internet Explorer was constantly freezing and throwing up weird firewall errors that I couldn't fix even with the firewall completely disabled. I first spoke to someone on their support team to send a new charger, but after dealing with hiccups on Windows I realized this machine wasn't worth the money spent. I sent it back. Very poor quality control from this reseller.
