It is very easy for me as an administrator because it has all of my favorite features in one place! I love that they offer different types of plans so there's something out here if this fits our needs perfectly at any given time without having to go through many steps (as with other providers).

The customer support team can be slow sometimes but not terrible overall. They are always willing however we have had some issues where their response times were delayed by hours which was rather frustrating especially since those instances could've been resolved fairly easily otherwise. We use them primarily due to price point - cheap yet reliable option compared to others available online.
