My friend had one the other day while we were walking thought I'd give it a try. I bought two, one for a 19 year old who runs 2-3 miles a day, one for me who MUST walk but walks when she feels like it. The 19-year-old loves it, he says he doesn't feel like he's wearing a fanny pack and doesn't get his phone wet or sweat where he's on it. On the downside, I find it a little comfortable (so I should do this exercise more often), but not uncomfortable, and I agree on the sweaty part. I would buy again!
