All About That Macro

Honestly I bought this kit for a macro lens. I was impressed by the photos shared by other reviewers and decided to give it a try. Well it doesn't disappoint. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. The kit comes with a clip that attaches the lenses to the phone's camera. Center the clamp, screw in the lens, done. I try not to take the lens caps off for too long, lest they get dust or worse, smudges and scratches. I only remove the bottom cap when I'm about to screw the lens in, and I don't remove the lens cap until I'm ready to take pictures. When I was done, I immediately put them back and forth in the box. I have not used a small suitcase yet, the box is quite comfortable. I've tried lenses with and without my slim case and haven't noticed much of a difference. Taking the cover off isn't that awkward, so not a hindrance for me. Now photos. As I said at the beginning of the review I bought this macro lens kit and WOW! This is exactly what I was looking for. Images are sharp and clear as nails. I'm still trying to find the best clip/lens position, but I'm very happy with how close I can get to my subject. I need to keep the subject centered as it seems the farther from the center you are the more blurry or distorted it is, but that's fine with me. I'm still playing with it, so it might be user error. The photos I share here are not enlarged or cropped, just edited to add text. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase.

I approve that even with iPhone 12, the macro lense still makes a remarkable difference.
