Good at first, and it's really good. The thing is huge! More than enough to completely cover me in water when showering. The water that comes out is soft and relaxing and feels much better than a traditional shower head. The LEDs are pleasant to the touch and add a bit of "atmosphere" to your shower and let you know when it's warm enough to get in. shower head size. Not much, but there is. Now for the not so good ones. It's noisy. I assume the howling is coming from the alternator/motor that powers the LEDs. This is a fairly high-pitched squeak and can be a bit annoying at first. It didn't play well on my phone, but you'll definitely notice it once you install it. In my opinion I enjoy the shower enough to ignore the whining, but I'm married, I have 2 boys, I'm used to the noise =) For others it may be more disturbing. Other thoughts: This is HARD. No shock given the size and then filling with water, but if you're looking for a shower extender like me I highly recommend carrying all metals to support the weight. I've used Vida Alegría Reach 18" (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZKBTSO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it's perfect. Overall I really like it. feels feels good, water performance is fantastic, it looks good, just wish it was quieter.
