I recently bought a DVR. However, it doesn't have the fancy bells and whistles that other models have (I brought the fancy one back because it didn't work). I needed a way to access videos from the dash cam's microSD card. That's why I bought this. I plugged it into my iPhone, navigated to the files folder and there was an SD card! No fuss, no fuss! I give 4* for now. I'll be coming back to this review after this summer to see how well it handles the summer heat in a car. However, if you need a card reader for your phone, I recommend this product.
