I've been looking for a flat pillow for a long time. When my lower back needed surgery, I replaced the pillow I've been using for 6 years with a wedge pillow. Then I wanted a thin pillow to rest on my head. The one I used was old and had to be thrown away. I looked everywhere but couldn't find one that was thin enough but strong enough. Then I found this one! It was everything I was looking for and more. It's thin and strong so your head doesn't sink in, but rests on top. In addition, it has a beautiful, high-quality zippered cover that is washable. I can't find anything wrong with that.
