This headset worked fine about two weeks ago. (7 months) Then they just wouldn't charge or connect if wired. After trying all the fixes on the support forum and YouTube, I was able to contact the support team. (email only) which doesn't really bother me. But this is where the frustration comes in. The first answer was basically a list of things to try on their support forum and YouTube, which I already said in my contact email. To validate my warranty they then required proof of ownership and an S/N (also not annoying). But when I replied they couldn't even read the PDF I sent with the order. then I had to send more proof photos. It feels like they're just asking for more info with every email so they're not actually fixing my headphones. My problem has existed for two weeks. They take a few days to reply to emails. I am not sure if I will buy another headset from ASTRO.mt.
