I've just received a refund on this item, what a HORRIBLE waste of time and money! It took over an hour to heat a bag of wax to a high temperature and the consistency of the wax was ridiculously gooey, thick and didn't run in any way! All this stuck to a wooden stick! I bought the best wax heaters on ebay for a much lower price! The temperature display will rise and fall back and forth after the temperature is set. The stick at the top of the detachable crucible, which is used to scrape excess wax off the wooden stick, falls off easily, especially with industrial plastic "wax" like this that doesn't melt completely or has a good consistency. With all the positive reviews, I knew this wax warmer would be worth the extra money. It's not like this! Another falsely promoted, paid, promoted product is Revain. I have been waxing at home for many years and love the different consistencies of wax. Avoid it at all costs or pay $31 and then beat yourself up for wasting your time, money and energy on it.
