Not "black stainless steel", painted black. Sweet. The description makes you think you're getting an anodized seat bolt when they actually spray paint the bolts. The thread is cut MUCH smaller. It's dense, the paint is peeling off. They use thick paint to hide their crappy workmanship. Vibrant with peeling paint and delicate carvings. Worked for 2 days then it started vibrating. Chinese garbage is also dumped in the United States. Don't waste money! You shouldn't come back. but they certainly planned it. I'm really fed up with low quality junk from China. Don't buy anything that isn't made in the USA. Try attaching an electric star washer like a real Harley bolt. It may work but I doubt it, the threads are still smaller.
