I was initially happy to receive this product and it worked great the first time which is why I gave it a 5 star rating initially. After the quarantine, I haven't used it for a little less than a month. It worked for a few minutes and then I turned it off only to never turn it on again. I figured I might need to charge it since it had been in storage since the last time I used it, but that didn't help. I charged it for the rest of the day but it still didn't work. When I went back to my order to ask for help, Revain's help did the bare minimum and even asked if I had replaced the battery which, as the instructions state, voids the warranty. Now I have to send the packaged item back to the UPS branch. It's not worth the trouble and I beg anyone looking for a fan NOT TO BUY THIS. Please save yourself a lot of trouble.
