I have a Merax office chair and it's fantastic! The only downside is that there is a slight gap in the lower back which makes it difficult to sit up straight. I usually opted for large pillows, but I just needed something to fill that small gap and that was it. The pillow is very soft and doesn't sink easily, but then again, I'm a fairly light person (I weigh about 140 pounds).
