This Alex Evenings dress is perfect for occasions when you don't want to be overdressed but want to stand out. Sleeveless top with a beautiful lace overlay. The waist is emphasized by a narrow belt with jewels. The skirt has slip overlay. 100% polyester dress. The size corresponds to the true size. The length of the dress is perfect (didn't have to hem it, I'm 5ft 4) especially if you have decent heels. You may not need to change it at all. However, I had two issues with this dress: the zipper and the layering. I was having a hard time buttoning this dress and needed help. And second, when you put the top on, you have to manipulate it and make it slippery so that it falls smoothly. Also, this is a beautiful dress that I plan to wear for years to come.
