Wire twisted when it came

I bought 2 of these and the blue one was perfect so I ordered this one. I kept digging into my sid and chest. After examination the wire was twisted. I untwisted it and it was fine for a while. But it twisted back up during a trip where I was driving for 2 very uncomfortable hours. It's a great bra as long as the wire stays like it should.

Pros

It’s good but inside it itchy.

Cons

The lace cups may become stretched out over time and lose their shape
