For a long time I had no idea that it was a deep-drawn mouthguard because there were no instructions. To use them, you basically take some boiling water, place the tabs in the boiling water and quickly press the splint against your teeth to help them form properly. For a more detailed guide, please use the Google guides. Finally, this is a review, not a how-to article. As for the aligners themselves: in my own experience, they didn't fit my teeth very well. I only gave them 3 stars because they shaped my teeth but not as well as I would have liked. I tried whitening my teeth with these mouthguards but nothing good came of it because whitening gel kept leaking out of the mouthguard as the mouthguard didn't fit my teeth well.
