Bought for work. love it

I work from home in the advertising industry and occasionally do video and photo editing and streaming. I was a bit hesitant because of the unknown brand. I've had it for about a month now and so far I like it. I don't play on my PC so I can't talk about that aspect. I bought it to have more properties to work with and it's great. I've seen several complaints about poor picture quality, backlighting, and the lack of a 21:9 aspect ratio. I will review each of them: • Quality: I can only say that I like the picture quality. i get This is the first monitor where I didn't have to adjust the settings right away. • Backlight Bleeding: I'm seeing the same thing as the other reviewer, but I've checked on mine and I'm not seeing the same thing. I was about to upload a picture but due to the way the office is set up the camera couldn't get a good picture. I'll try to remember to do one after dark. • Aspect Ratio: It is true that the settings do not show an aspect ratio of 21:9 (see image). However, it has a "widescreen". If you set it that way, go to your computer's display settings and select 3440 x 1440, then it will expand to the full width of the screen and you're done. The stand is sturdy and I assembled it. in about 5 minutes. It also has a quick-release VESA mount, which is a nice touch. The stand is strong enough to hold the monitor in place, but also slides easily if you want to reposition the monitor. If I had to stand out negatively, it's that it has a built-in speaker, which sucks. But I didn't even know it had a speaker when I ordered it. I wouldn't deduct a star for that because I would never use it anyway. Hope that helps.
