The sound is deep and very clear on both sides. they stay inside. mate easily. The battery lasts about 4 hours before I get a warning and I put them in the case and they're fine again in about ten minutes. very good. I wish all those volume controls and reactions were less complicated. but that's what happens when you don't have a button on your headset. only one touch function. the fact that I can shower with them is insanely cool *** READ THE UPDATE IF YOUR SAMSUNG STILL TURNS THEM OFF ***** I've noticed that my Samsung s21 keeps turning them off after a while of inactivity. Then I had to put them in the case for a few seconds to reconnect and take them out again. Disappointed I was going to give this product 2 stars but then I decided to try a different headset and it did the same. It was solved as follows: - Rebooted the phone - After turning it back on, I turned off Bluetooth and after a few seconds turned it back on - I uninstalled the SMART THINGS app. This is known to cause problems. I removed the AUTO SYNC feature in the AUTO settings for the car. I have not used it in any way. No more shutdowns. **** YOU'RE WELCOME ****
