They do not stay on manicure equipment

I prepped my nails and they were clean and dry - I didn't apply any binding agent or anything before applying it to my nails. They don't stick to my nails. And those that held on didn't last more than two days... I put them on my mother-in-law's hands and they didn't even last until evening. There's always potential user error... But I can't imagine these being that difficult to apply
