The chair arrived quickly, even during a pandemic. Easy to assemble, instructions are clear. The adjustable incline and lumbar pillow really helped with my posture and back pain. It's way better than the old office chair I used. Between online school and gaming as a hobby, I spend a lot of time on my computer. The cushions and recliner features are amazing and I loved pulling out the footrest to read or watch Netflix. In my opinion there are three things that could be improved. The seat cushion is on the firmer side. I would like something softer.2. The massage part is only the part that vibrates toward the upper/middle back. Between the lumbar pillow and the shoulders. I really only find it useful when I'm leaning back, so it hits my upper back more.3. The armrest parts are too easy to adjust laterally. I'm a thin person and you sit a little wide on the chair. When I put my hand to rest and lean to the side, the piece ripples.
