Review on Workteam Goal Management by Michael Flade

This software allows for easy tracking of employee performance, which has been very beneficial in my work environment! I can see how many hours each person worked per day or week, as well as what projects they have completed so far this month/year etc., it's really great! The only thing that could be improved would be adding more features such as being able to add comments within specific tasks or milestones (such as "great job!"). We've also used other goal management programs before but none were quite like this one compared to others out there. It makes keeping track much easier than having to make notes myself at times. I like that it has an easy interface for organizing my tasks, as well as allowing me to view upcoming projects or milestones in order of importance. It isn't always intuitive. Sometimes you have to navigate through several screens before finding what you're looking for. Make sure your colleagues are using it because there can be confusion about how to use certain features. We've solved our issues related to project management by providing visibility into our progress towards organizational targets.
