I had my doubts about making this purchase because I don’t buy e.l.f. makeup, but I’m glad I tried it! Upon application, I noticed that it had a rich and creamy/smooth texture and that a little goes a long way. I also noticed that wherever I dabbed the concealer made by face brighter(I chose a lighter shade than my own skin tone to achieve this). I looked more awake and more vibrant which is what I was looking for. I feel It’s important to know what you are looking for in a concealer. Is it just for coverage to have an even skin tone? Or maybe you want to brighten your skin around the eyes,etc.? I know some use a highlighter product, but I use a lighter concealer for my choice. I usually pick a concealer closest to my skin tone for spot on or overall coverage, then I pick a lighter tone to brighten the skin around my eyes, nose, etc. occasionally I have been known to use concealers for a full face coverage(matte look) with a powder finish. It did last all day! I was comfortable paying around $6(not too much of a loss if I didn’t like it) for concealer instead paying of $15, $20 or even $30. Will add this product to my makeup collection!
