Review on 🧴 Vanicream Sunscreen Lip Protectant Tube by Joseph Willis

I received these today so my experience so far is very limited. I'll try to remember to update after some use. However, I can say that I am very satisfied with the lip sunscreen so far. True to its claim, the product has no odor or taste-activating side effects, even when licked across the lips (for science!). Those two factors were the biggest selling points for me since other lip balm sunscreens leave a terrible chemical taste in the mouth and sting. It leaves a white sheen like other physical sunscreens I've used, but it dries and is less noticeable after 5-10 minutes. I have very pigmented lips so I can still see it. After 10 minutes I applied lipstick with no side effects when applying. As a further test, I also "stamped" a small piece of the lipstick onto my lips before applying the lip cream and they blended really well with no white cast or color cast. I'm not sure if this affects the protection level of the product, but it's still better than nothing. It's something I do day to day, or I wear lipstick right over it for other occasions. I work outdoors in all sorts of elements and dirt for some of my work and I hate the feeling of chapped/sunburned lips. . I've recently switched to a more reliable daily sunscreen regimen (thanks dermatologist on YouTube) and I'm glad she recommended this Vanicream as a reliable option. At the end of this review, the cream feels very good on the lips: the lips are soft, not sticky, there is no taste or smell yet. Product A+
