Great for PS4 controller, great grip.
I personally like the Xbox 360/One controllers but I bought a PS4 and experienced pain during/after using the Dual Shock 4. I bought them to make it easier and they do a great job! Good grip and extra cushioning makes gaming sessions more fun as I get less thumb deflection. They also smooth out the relatively deep club cavity, providing more tactile control and more surface area. I don't know what the point of the original design was.
