It's great having all of our tasks in one spot for easy access, it makes creating reports easier than other softwares we've used in the past as well making adjustments much more convenient then if I was trying to go back & forth between 2 different screens/softwars. Nothing really at this time. The only thing that could be considered negative would maybe be their support team not being able to understand some things or getting stuck during setup and needing help from another employee but everything else has been very smooth so far! Having everyone working together with multiple projects under each manager (project leader) allows us to have better understanding about what they are doing along with providing updates when needed while also keeping up with deadlines with minimal amount of issues. We haven't noticed any problems yet which is always good since sometimes there seems to be delays with certain pieces due to system down times but once those get resolved its quick enough to resume using again. The ability to create custom dashboards for different departments within the organization. It also has an easy to use interface which makes it very user friendly. I do not like that there are no mobile apps available yet. We have been using Shibumi for about 5 years now and we love it! It helps us keep all our projects organized in one place. This allows us to be more efficient in our workflow and better manage our time.
