Review on Easy2Trace by Ryan Gilliam

The software is easy enough for anyone who knows how to use their phone but can still be used by someone with no technical knowledge at all - it's very intuitive! It also helps that as an admin I know where everything is in our business so if there are problems they're usually easily found.

There isn't much we don't like about this app other than some of the minor bugs which have now been fixed (it was always great though!). We've had nothing from them since updating to new version last week- hopefully things will continue going well?
