Review on Complete Cooking Minutes with Compound Infusion by Scott Rao

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Makes the infusion process as easy as possible.

My first use: infused coconut oil for edibles. Setup was ridiculously easy. I washed and dried the container, dripped oil, added water and (as others have suggested) machined 2 passes over low heat. spoon for your herbs (about 8-10 grams). When making chewing gum, this was calculated at 12mg (half the butter made was used in the recipe). The final product appears to have a yield of at least 10 mg. You really need to chill to separate the water bath from the oil or oil. Better than cooking all day, although it can give slightly stronger results.

Pros
  • Simple operation and complete set: add oil, herbs, water and heat on the stove! Requires no electricity to operate. Make butter and herb butter everywhere. Easy to Clean: 3-piece systems are easy to disassemble and very easy to clean. Complete set: silicone glove, silicone spatula, butter mold, instructions and cash book.
Cons
  • Some little things
