Disappointed with poor design
I have bought smaller Bagallini bags in the past and have been very happy with their construction and durability. However, I bought this backpack ahead of time to take with me on my trip to Europe in September. After 2 weeks of my month trip the hanging loop started to loosen and after very little use it looks very torn. I've bought cheaper backpacks that last several years of everyday use. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of this product.
