Great. I like that it's smaller than other racquets I've used and allows for more torque when using it. And it's great that the rings are so easy to adjust that they can be used on any part of the body. And the seams of the rings are very strong, which bothered me at first. The great thing about the rings and size is that you can place them on a table or on the floor and use them as a styrofoam roller for your arms/back etc. I am a physical therapist and have tried countless different rollers/sticks and this is by far my favorite . .
