What other reviewers say about pads is true - they're flimsy and probably won't last long if used heavily. But it was exactly what I expected and needed. If you've used sponges, which essentially consist of a sponge on one side and a brush on the other, you know exactly what to expect. It's just a thin scraper on the other side of the sponge. That's what I wanted. I have a dirty cat that eats everything when it eats, but it dries out quickly and becomes hard, so the sponge is not enough. I got really tired of wasting sponges when all I needed was a scrubber. They're more of a sponge but do exactly what I need them for. Can't comment on their durability, if you use them to clean pots and pans they probably won't last as long, but neither will sponges. This price is good value for many scrubbers. And I can cut them in half and they last twice as long.
