A few years ago I saw this pillow on TV and thought it would be perfect for me because I'm tall and you often have problems with yours have necks during flight time. The concept behind this pillow is amazing - you can rest your chin while supporting the back and sides of your head. However, I quickly found that this was not so easy to achieve. I was most comfortable when my seat was almost upright, but the oddly shaped pillow didn't allow the pillow to rest so easily behind my head. And if I push off of it or recline the seat significantly, I kind of lose my chin advantage. I almost wish there was a giant elastic I could wrap around the pillow and my head (laughs) or some kind of tether that attaches it to the headrest. The solution is to use it on the window seats where you can snuggle up against the window wall. to make sure it stays there. then it can be very convenient. Maybe I haven't quite mastered this pillow yet, but yeah, it's definitely not as perfect as it is.
