Review on 🏞️ Zipline Thickened Backyard Playground: Endless Entertainment for the Whole Family by Kyle Hood

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The lack of specific instructions is dangerous and irresponsible.

Most of the materials are strong and of good quality, except for the brake spring. The lack of instructions and manuals can be a big problem and it would be quite irresponsible for a manufacturer/seller to let this out without very important instructions. There are established formulas for rise and sag based on the length of the trail from start to finish (I ran a ropes course for several years a long time ago). Without detailed counting instructions, you run the risk of being too tight or too tight. If your line is too steep and too narrow, speed and momentum together can be dangerous, especially when you consider that the brake spring has little ability to brake someone moving relatively slowly. So the rider has only two options to get to the end of the line: crash into a tree (or whatever end anchor you use) or jump off and hope for the best.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Some small things
