Always have a spare
The power cords used in these types of products will eventually fail. I've tried buying regular multihead cables or others advertised as exact replacements. If the original cable is available, I almost always immediately buy an additional one. I forgot this time. The view was far from new and I was so lucky to find it on Revane. That works great. Remember to always get a spare power cord.
