I have been a regular customer of Liberty Balm for the last 2 years but they switched to 1 ounce cans and then the product was no longer available. So, time to branch out. Although I've only used a balm in my beard career, I've used oils so I'm familiar with different oils and their pleasant smells. The scent of pine needles in this balm is amazing. I was concerned that there would be too much power after application, but that is not the case. Melts quickly and with a pleasant shine. I felt my beard soak up the balm. I can't say much about the hold because I have a medium short beard. With wiry growth I need a balm to tame my hair and it did the job perfectly. As winter wears down my inner mountain, the human begins to blossom into full growth, so let's see what happens next. I'm impressed with the organic ingredients. Great job with the balm, yo!
