I bought this pen to work on digital art commissions and it arrived quickly, looked great and didn't come with a charger. It was ok because I expected it and my phone already charges via USB-C. However, I connected it to my HP Pavillion 15-bk010nr laptop and the keyboard shortcuts worked, but the computer and stylus didn't recognize when I was trying to write on my screen. I've tried various apps including Windows OneNote 10, Sketchbook and even used "Enhance Recognition" in my settings but none of them noticed or worked. I'll probably be returning this and have to wait a little longer to hopefully send a new one for the $80+ I've already spent. There are no troubleshooting options in the instructions and I've looked through pretty much every site HP offers for help, all after calling HP and asking what pen would fit my computer and model to find out what "it's only compatible with pen" and even found it still failed. Avoid Avoid Avoid It might be worth it if it was just an accident and a bad product and a new one would be ok but at the same time I would be very tired of this pen.
