Devzing is easy to use and helps me solve all my test case management needs. The tool works like charm for any type of client with different skill levels. I am able to track issues from multiple users in one place which saves time. Sometimes when there are many open tickets it becomes difficult to find an active user who can help resolve them. It would be helpful if we could get notifications about new updates or changes made by another ticket author within our team. Also, it would have been good to have more filters available while searching through tickets. We have been using this software since 3 years now and never faced any issue. This has helped us organize and manage our testing tasks so well.
