Great time saver for tracking your work
The best thing I like about this is that it allows me to see my workflow in one place (no more spreadsheets or google docs). It also has some nice reporting features which are helpful if you want to show others how things should be done. There can sometimes feel like there's too much going on when viewing something at once so having an option where I could zoom out would help. If you're looking into ways to improve efficiency then look no further! This helps us keep track of our daily tasks by keeping everything together in 1 area instead of 2 different places - emails & Excel spreadsheet.

- No lag time for new updates as they roll them through immediately upon launch.
- Great amount control over what we do with work assignments/tasks assigned, etc
- Reporting capabilities allow sharing data across departments easily without manually inputting information from multiple locations.
