The best thing I like about this is that it allows me to see my workflow in one place (no more spreadsheets or google docs). It also has some nice reporting features which are helpful if you want to show others how things should be done. There can sometimes feel like there's too much going on when viewing something at once so having an option where I could zoom out would help.
