My son ruined his shoes a few days after receiving them but they held up to his abuse. We live in the mountains and go hiking all the time. I will always buy these shoes. If you are looking for thick-soled shoes. This is not the shoe you are looking for. It is a very flexible shoe with a thin sole. And that's why they're good for our legs, they make the legs build muscle. I love these shoes so much!β‘β‘β‘
