I was looking for sneakers that were easy to put on, stylish and didn't look cheap. As always, Columbia introduced Vent shoes. The Vent shoes are comfortable, lightweight and fit as expected. I always hesitate when I buy shoes online because I don't know if they will be wide enough. The Vent shoes are perfect for my height 13ft, they are neither tight nor too big. They are easy to put on and my foot has room to move but not too much as the shoes don't dangle when walking. The only downside I would give them is that the bungee laces only help if you want a snug fit. Totally loose, the shoe itself provides the fit, not the laces. Remember that Vent shoes are not ordinary running shoes. The sides aren't stiff and the top mesh is soft and stretches a bit. At 6ft 1in and 325 pounds, the rubber outsole provides ample cushioning and support for my feet. I am very happy with the purchase and will buy them again when they wear out.
