This is normal in the grocery store
Product is ok, but not in seventh heaven. I received the first one damaged but I LOVE the fact that the seller sent me a replacement promptly with no delay. The frame isn't very strong and the cans won't roll straight without help. The shelf must be completely filled for the can to roll and lock properly. There are no legs on the frame to protect the fridge shelf. So I had to add little rubber feet at the bottom to keep my glass shelves in the fridge from getting scratched. And the rubber feet kept it in place. Without rubber feet, the rack slips when you pull out the can. Overall it's not a bad product, but it's just good.
