Review on Booster Cricket Cellular Amplifier Improve by Jay Matlock

We followed the directions exactly, made sure our range is 13, made sure the antenna and receiver are at least 32 feet apart, and pointed the antenna at the nearest Verizon tower. We went straight from 1 bar to 4 bars and were very excited. Although they are around 4 bars most of the time, the signal randomly drops to 1 bar several times throughout the day and I lose the call. This is very frustrating. And I'm past the window to bring it back, so I'm stuck with that. :( PS I even called Revain support since I'm a Prime member but they didn't have any suggestions.
