Granted, this helps you organize your drawers. However, the springs are so strong that even though my drawers were barely below the maximum depth, I still felt like too much pressure was being put on them. Smaller drawers compress the springs even more, and I can believe some reviewers who said these dividers kicked the drawers out of their closets. Consider this possibility seriously. They also take up a lot of space in your drawer as each piece is quite thick and if you want to take full advantage of the cross pieces you will need to place one of the long pieces against the side of the drawer and take up a lot more space. I sent mine back and will look for other options.
