Review on 🪑 Nathan James Kira Kitchen Counter Bar Stool Set of 2, 24" with Backrest, Gray/Silver, featuring PU Leather Cushion and Metal Frame by Kevin Swier

The chairs are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. Collecting isn't bad either. I love the look and the comfortable seating. Easy to clean. BUT.…. I have to say that I ordered four chairs in total, two boxes which I received on the same day and same truck. However, they came from two different camps (I assume). One box was well wrapped in shipping film and the box was in excellent condition. I like these chairs very much. The other box came dented and with holes in the box, when I opened it there were screws and bolts all over the box, there were no packaging protectors on the chairs. The chairs had black stains on the silver and a light scuff on the leather seat. I was able to assemble one chair but I couldn't assemble the other chair as I didn't have all the parts (screws and bolts) to go with it. I have emailed the company to find out how customer support will work. I've read good customer reviews and I hope this issue gets resolved. In anticipation of that I'm happy with two of the four chairs, but in the end hopefully I'll be happy with four chairs. The only reason I gave three stars instead of five was the way they shipped and packaged one of the boxes.
