I love that they have all of my favorite tech stacks in one place, so it's easy to find candidates who are knowledgeable about everything from AngularJS/Nodejs through Java 8+ Spring Boot! The entire process has been very smooth - scheduling interviews with them was quick & painless as well (even though we were located across country). They've also helped us hire really fast which makes our team feel super empowered when making decisions like "we need another engineer" or even just needing more help overall! Honestly haven't found anything bad yet but would be happy if there could become an option where you can search by specific technologies within certain periods instead of having every candidate come up at once? Currently searching only shows results throughout 2019-2020 timeframe. We use their platform almost daily because its helps scale quickly while not sacrificing quality due diligence time spent reviewing each applicant individually vs waiting days until everyone comes online together.
