I bought this to use on winter walks and maybe skiing without having to wear a ski mask or other types of covers that don't look that attractive. This keeps you warm but doesn't let you breathe at all, especially if you're walking fast and breathing heavier than if you were just standing. You should consider a patch made of a different material for your mouth. It gets very wet from breathing. I had to constantly remove or rotate. I still like the design, but it's not for heavy breathing or long-term use unless you're breathing very lightly - even I think that over time you create a lot of moisture inside in any situation.
