Review on πŸš— Enhance Safety and Comfort with Evenflo Triumph LX Convertible Car Seat, Charleston by Rhonda Hughes

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Really cute and secure but the shoulder straps can be annoying

My daughter is 6 months old and we just put her in this convertible rear-facing chair. I have huge babies... My daughter just turned six months old and is much taller than a one year old. I specifically wanted to try this convertible car seat because I see that it has a flat base. The convertible car seat I bought for my son bent down and I hate it, when I was able to rotate it forward when I was a few years old the car seat either leaned forward or backward and we never could get stay seated in the chair. However, I drive a Chrysler Aspen and the seats in my car are very reclined. I had to put a book under the back of the car seat to level it. Period. Don't worry, I've checked and it's totally safe with the book securely fastened to the car seat... We use nylon straps so it can't be moved. A great advantage of this car seat is that it has hooks on which you can hang the metal part of the car seat's safety belt. Not only does this prevent the metal from overheating when the cars are left in the sun, it also makes it a lot easier to get your child in the car seat as you don't have to worry about pulling the straps behind their back . My daughter loves this car seat. She is very tall and weighs about 20 pounds and she suits him well. The only thing that bothers me about the car seat are the shoulder straps. They're meant to be easy to use with a shoulder strap so you don't have to adjust them from the back every time you need to pick them up. But it seems like they all fall off every time I take them out of the car. all the way down, and then I have to pull her up when I put her in the car seat. Plus we love it and the colors are easy to use for a boy or a girl.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • I won't say anything
