Nicht so hell wie beworben

We received the LEDs in good condition. I installed two of these in my RV replacing two incandescent 921 bulbs. The LED bulbs work well but not as bright as the incandescent bulbs they replaced. If these bulbs really put out 500 lumens then they should be twice as bright as the old bulbs. The 921 bulb has a rated light output of 264 lumens (when new). In the attached photo, the old bulb is on the left and the new LED bulb is on the right. Understandably, an LED is not as bright as an incandescent bulb when it should be twice as bright.
