Review by: Lithonia Lighting RLNK LED Linkable Light/ 4ft White I wanted a new LED garage light and had certain "expectations" for the new light. The light gave off bright white light, I wanted a light that didn't flicker, I wanted a 4 foot long light to give good light where I need it, I wanted a light that was a plug in -model was, I wanted a light with an on/off switch, I wanted a light that was easy to install and I wanted the fixture to have what I consider modern/stylish. Now, having installed and used a Lithonia Lighting 4ft LED (RLNK) in my garage, I am satisfied that the fixture met all of the 'expectations' I had in a new fixture. I have followed the process outlined in the instructions (removing the cover from the device, disconnecting the power/ground wires, installing the base, reconnecting the wires, attaching the cover and plugging the power cord into an outlet). And in terms of installation, I don't think the process was difficult. I found it took a bit of time and I was glad a family member was there to help hold the device in place, but overall the process wasn't a huge issue for me. In terms of lighting, I find the light from the LEDs more than acceptable, as it illuminates at least 1/3 of my garage well. And, nice to note, there was no noticeable flickering in the light when the block was on. The profile of the block, both widthwise and lengthwise, is thinner than I expected, which I consider a plus. as I think it gives the lamp the modern look I wanted. This is the light I would like to use around the house e.g. B. in the laundry room or in the playroom. And I really like that it comes with an extra 18 inch patch cord and in-line jack. If at some point I decide I want to add an additional Lithonia Lighting RLNK alongside this fixture, then using either of these two connectors should ease the installation process.
