I (female) walk my dogs in New York. As everyone in New York knows, we've had a tough winter so far. I ordered it while on vacation and I can't believe how effective it is! Today at 15 degrees I was almost hot in this (and of course other shifts). You can wear it around your neck or pull it over your ears and/or mouth. VERY warm, a must have for anyone working outside in cold weather! As there were 2 pieces in the set I gave the second one to my husband and he said the same thing as me: best buy in the world!
